- Licensing revenue declined 81.0% in the quarter and 54.2% for the nine months following the expiration of a license agreement on December 31, 2022. - Quarterly net loss increased to $421,000 from $241,000. Nine-month results shifted to net income of $1.649 million from a $1.471 million loss, principally due to the $3.1 million litigation-related item and higher interest income.
- Inventory increased 51.1% to $5.761 million from $3.813 million at March 31, 2023. Advanced deposits declined from $3.316 million to zero as the Company recognized litigation-related income.

Investor Verification Priorities
- Verify completion of the independent accountant’s interim review and the filing of the promised Form 10-Q amendment.
- Assess whether revenue growth can continue without further gross-margin deterioration and whether the Company can return to sustained operating profitability.
- Reconcile liquidity between cash, short-term investments, inventory needs and ongoing operating cash burn.
- Evaluate collectability, timing and legal costs associated with the trademark judgment and remaining litigation remedies.
- Monitor customer concentration, supplier concentration, China-related tariffs and the Company’s ability to pass cost increases through to customers.
- Separate recurring operating performance from the nonrecurring $3.1 million litigation-related income and elevated interest income.
