Reglas para calcular los puntos de entrada.

Abrir una posición

Para calcular el punto de entrada es necesario estirar la herramienta VR Cub desde el último máximo hasta el último mínimo.

Si el primer punto es anterior al segundo, el operador espera a que la barra cierre por encima de la línea media.

Si el primer punto es posterior al segundo, el operador espera a que la barra cierre por debajo de la línea media.

Una posición se abre estrictamente después del cierre de la barra, de acuerdo con las condiciones descritas anteriormente.

En otras palabras, si operamos en un gráfico horario, entonces la distancia temporal entre el máximo y el mínimo debe ser superior a 24 horas, el número de puntos entre el máximo y el mínimo debe ser mayor o igual al movimiento medio del precio. por día.

Opere estrictamente en la dirección de la tendencia diaria.

Utilice un período de tiempo de al menos una hora. Cuanto mayor sea el plazo, mayor será la probabilidad de éxito.

Utilice sus indicadores además para aumentar sus posibilidades de éxito.

El número de barras entre puntos al estirar la herramienta debe ser superior a 24.

El tamaño desde el mínimo hasta el máximo del instrumento extendido debe ser mayor que el movimiento de precio promedio del día.

Calculation Mode

You have two different calculation modes you can choose from:

Candle-based: The Trendline (ZigZag) Profile is directly calculated via the Heikin-Ashi candles on the chart.
MACD-based: This is based on the MACD calculation and the resulting movements. I suggest that you let the EMA values as they are and only change the \"shift\" value.

Softstop

Maybe you know the situations where a market \"Spike\" hits your Stop Loss and the market then turns into your desired direction?

This is only one of many situations, where a softstop can help you.

To define a Softstop, simply create an object like a \"Horizontal line\" or \"Trendline\" and name it \"softstop\".

When the price will go above/below your softstop and closes (and only then!) the softstop will be triggered and you will get a notification.

These are the default values. Of couse you can change the values in the indicator properties.

Notification zone

With the notification zone value you can set your desired zone in which a notification can be triggered.

You have 3 possible modes:

Always
POC dependent: Price below (uptrend) or above (downtrend) the Point of Control
Only above VAH or below VAL: Price is above Value-Area High (downtrend) or below Value-Area Low (uptrend)

Notification target

You can choose the specific signal, which triggers a notification within the notification zone.

You have 3 possible modes:

every Balance-candle: Notification at every Balance-candle in your defined notification zone
Balance-candle + Trend + Fibo-target: Notification at a balance-candle in a valid trend and a reached Fibo-target in your defined notification zone
Fibonacci-target + trend: Notification at the Fibonacci-target in a valid trend in your defined notification zone

Notifications in MT5

To get notifications you have to configure it in your MT5 Terminal.

Just navigate to \"Extras\" -> \"Options\" -> \"Notifications\" for Push notifications or \"E-Mail\" for E-Mail notifications and insert your personal settings.

Please note:

The indicator is designed for \"Heikin-Ashi\" candles. You can use this indicator on normal candles, too. But the calculation for the balance-candles

will always based on Heikin-Ashi candles.

Conceptual Basis

Off course, there is nothing mathematically wrong with the standard indicator, because it correctly implements the widely used Moving Average statistical concept. However, when this concept is used as a TREND indicator in stock markets, the gaps may cause divergences between the current price movement and the indicator curve. This happens because during the time the market is closed, the political and economic news frequently influence the way the agents perceive the market stocks valuation and this is reflected in the price during the opening auction.

The most important types of gaps are Breakaway, Exhaustion and Continuation gaps and for each of these groups, the standard MA may present an inertial behavior and slowly and gradualy corrects until N='MA period' bars have passed in order to correctly reflects the new trend. Visual examples of these divergences are described by the attached screenshots.

How it is calculated

The formulas used by GMA to calculate the averages are exactly the same used by standard MA. The difference is that GMA applies an offset value to each of the N-1 candles older than the current one. The offset applied to each candle is the accumulated gap relatively to the current one, where the gap is the difference between the opening price of a candle and the closing price of the previous one.

Parameters

This full version includes all parameters from the standard MA and the new Compensation Rate parameter, allowing the possibility to compensate the gaps completely or partially according to each trader strategy.

How does it work?

The indicator activates the buy signal when we have a low below the 2 previous lows and a close above the previous close.

How to use it?

Settings

There are a number of settings, repeated for each timeframe.

ShowLevels

When true, the levels are drawn for this timeframe. The lines are drawn from the last period start to the current time. Once a new period is started, the lines will be redrawn to the new levels.

LineColour

You can set the line colour to any value from the standard colour selection.

LineStyle

The line style can vary from the simple solid line, dots, dashes or dots and dashes.

LineWidth

If the line style is solid, the line width can be any value from the selection available, 1 to 5.

UseSplitExtension

When set to True, the lines drawn are split into the historic part drawn using the line styles, width and colours above, and the projected part using a modified style based on the following settings.

SplitLineStyle

If you wish you can set the line style so it is clearly visibly different to the historic part of the line. If you set it to STYLE_SOLID, then the projected line will retain the width set above.

SplitLineTint

You can modify the colour of the projected line by giving it a tint. That is a reduction in intensity of the main colour selected for the historic line set above. The default value here is 0.5 which means halve the intensity of the colour.

Stop and Target Levels

ShowPotentialTargets

When true, potential target levels are shown for each timeframe enabled using the ShowLevels settings.

ShowHitTargets

When true, if a target level has been hit it will stay on the chart until the timeframe has expired. Otherwise, once hit, potential target levels are removed.

LookbackBarsForTargets

Controls how far back in the history the system should look for target levels. Default is 50 bars.

PotentialTargetCount

This allows you to choose how many potential target levels you want to see per timeframe. Default is 3.

MinPointsBetweenTargets

Having targets too close together is not very helpful, so this setting allows you to define how many points should be between one target and the next. Calculated per timeframe.

TimeframeForPotentialStopLevels

Allows you to choose the timeframe stop loss levels should be calculated from. By default it uses the current timeframe, giving a very tight stop loss.

Descriptive Labels

ShowDescriptions

When true, descriptive labels are drawn for every level shown.

IncludePriceInDescription

When true, puts the price value of the level in the description.

IncludeRiskRewardInDescription

When true, adds the risk / reward value in the description.

DescriptionFontSize

Choose how big the descriptive labels should be.

StopLabelsToRight

When true, the labels for stop levels are drawn to the right of the stop level. Set to false, the description will be drawn to the left of the level.

Blended Candle Strength PRO (BCS)

Any trading strategy, whether it is a continuation, trend reversal or breakout requires, in addition to analyzing the context of the price movement, confirmation signals for both trading entry and exit. In addition to the context and format, two other important information to determine the strength of candlesticks are the size of the bar, indicating the range in which the price varied, and the volume, indicating the number of transactions in each period.

Another very important concept for the analysis of candlestick patterns is Blended Candles, which attests to the fact that patterns of 2, 3 or more candles can be converted into single candles for simplified reading and analysis. Attached is a diagram with 12 examples of converting these patterns from multiple to single candles.

Uniting all the exposed for the assessment of candlesticks, the Blended Candle Strength (BCS) indicator was created, associating pattern, size and volume of candlesticks and also the possibility of analyzing them combined (blended), all unified in one numerical value representing the strength of the bars for trading signals confirmation.

How it is calculated

The Blended Candle Strength (BCS) is obtained by the product of 3 factors:

Candle pattern score: by open, high, low and close values, the pattern of each candle is identified through a formula that punctuates them between -1.0, for Bearish Marubozu — the most bearish pattern — and +1.0, the Bullish Marobozu — the most bullish one — passing through Star (value 0.0) and all the intermediate possibilities, as shown in the attached diagram.
Volume Factor: candlestick transactions volume (in ticks or real) divided by the average of the N previous candlesticks volumes.
Candle Size Factor: candle size (with or without the \"shadows\") divided by the average of the N previous candles sizes.

Inputs

This PRO version allows you to individually adjust the methods and periods of the average strength, volume and size of the candles, in addition to the weights of the Volume Factor and the Candle Size Factor, the number of candles to be blended (from 1 to 5) and also the possibility to modify the reference value for the Dragonfly pattern strength (0.5, by default), totaling 12 parameters, as shown in the attached screenshot.

Alternatively, consider the FREE Blended Candle Strength version, with fewer features.

Outputs

As the indicator shows relative values, the lines are plotted in a separate window and includes reference levels -1.0 and +1.0. As shown in the attached screenshot, the indicator has 8 output buffers, 2 of which visual with customizable colors and styles.

Candle Strength: main BCS value, which can go beyond the -1.0 and +1.0 limits depending on the values of Volume Factor and Candle Size Factor.
Strength MA: average of previous BCS.

Numeric buffers (shown in MetaTrader Data Window, Ctrl+D)

Volume MA : average of previous volumes.
Candle Size MA: average of the sizes of the previous candles.
Blended O/H/L/C (4): open, high, low and close Blended Candles values .

Interpretation

The immediate reading of the BCS is that the farther the value is from the 0.0 level, the greater the strength of the candlesticks, either to enter long (positive BCS) or short (negative BCS).

By analogy, the closer to the central level 0.0 (zero), the lower the candlestick's strength, so trading in these regions would better be avoided and opened positions be closed, due to the lack of trend confirmation and the weakening of the previous trend.

Un ícono de Triángulo, apuntando hacia arriba o hacia abajo, es una vela de tendencia, o Tipo 2 en la terminología de TheStrat. Una vela con tendencia puede ser alcista o bajista, lo que indica que se ha salido del rango de velas anterior y ahora tiene una tendencia en una dirección.
