Full time manual trader - (except for small account I am testing an algo on now.) I am a born again Christian who takes seriously the stewardship of God's capital He has allowed me to watch over. I trade candle reversals on larger time frames using mainly horizontal support and resistance, Bollinger Bands, Stochastic (for divergence check) for "western confirmation" ala Steve Nison Candle Stick Academy. Elliot counts, though subjective, are also used to filter entry and exits. ( looking for the fives for a trend, and threes for a correction ) I use Zig Zag indicator to build in consistency and objectivity in identifying highs and lows. Risk Reward 1:2, though sometimes under ideal set up will approach 1:1. I always use a stop, and generally close 1/2 my position when 1st target is reached. I try to close all positions and not take any new ones on major news days. trading ideas are posted on Trading View under the same AuthenticTrader name. And I have accounts at FXjunction, and Fundseeder with the same name The history you will find in these, synchs exactly with my history here as they both use MT4 bridge for recording trading history. You won't get many trades with me, but you get just as many pips as more frequent traded signals, thus, your trading costs will be lower.

In checking my trading history, you will see a difference in my account stats starting in July of this year. That is when I started trading the strategy I trade now.The difference is distinct and noticeable in several ways. First, far fewer trades. Second, average winner vs average loser. Third, much lower drawdown - check out the drawdown stats and feel safe about copying my signal.

Next, please understand that I don't use an EA, and because I take so few trades, it is easy to "copy" my trades on demo and then enter them yourself in your money account. This is helpful for traders with small accounts. For that reason, please don't ask me to lower the price of the signal! You will make the cost back on one trade.

Finally, understand that no trading strategy is perfect. Things happen. "We cannot predict what the markets will do, we can only do what the markets are telling us to do." (Steve Nison) When my trades are moving against us, as trades often do for a time, please be patient and re-read the trade idea posting before "crying wolf". At the end of the day, all any of us want out of our trades is to know that we made good decisions, based on sound rules, objectivity, and without fear or greed coloring our decision. I believe I trade that way, and I seek God's wisdom before entering.
