Useage

With higher volatility, the supertrend line is further away from the underlying line. The indicator reacts strongly to volatility on the market through quantification and shows quickly when there are signs of a change in trend. The Supertrend indicator always moves in the direction of the trend.

This indicator puts a red and a green line across the chart. The green line represents an uptrend, the red line represents a downtrend. The trend reverses when an existing support or resistance level is crossed. When a price breaks down through a signal line, it means a potential sell signal. A potential buy signal is given when the signal line crosses upwards.

Trend Exhaustion Main Line: Shows the trend exhaustion. The more on the red, the higher chance of reversal.
Whale Money Line (blue): Shows the Whale money-inflow - The higher it is - the more likely it is for whales to take a pause.
Retail Money Histogram: Shows the Retail money-inflow - The higher it is - the drier retail gets.

====== General Setting ======

1. EA Name: Name of the EA.

2. Magic Number: Traders should assign a unique Magic Number for each chart to avoid order conflicts.

3. Position Options: Choose to open BUY or SELL orders manually.

4. Lot Size: Default is 0.01. Can be adjusted to increase trade volume.

5. StopLoss Point (0 = off):

- Default value 0 means no StopLoss is set.

- Recommendation: If StopLoss = 0, enable at least one of the following options to ensure trades close when the market moves against you:

• Close position by reverse signal → true

• Close position when margin free (-50% account) → true

6. TakeProfit Point (0 = off):

- Set the TakeProfit points according to the traded asset (e.g., EURUSD = 100, XAUUSD = 10000, BTCUSD = 100000).

- If TakeProfit = 0, EA will automatically close trades based on account profit percentage (configured in item 12).

7. Trailing Stop Point (0 = off):

- Trailing Stop points help protect profits.

- Example: Open a BUY order with TakeProfit = 1000 and Trailing Stop = 200 → When price increases by 200 points, StopLoss will automatically move up to lock in minimum profit and maximize gains if the market continues favorably.

How to trade

Due to the retracement levels only being generated from identified market structure shifts, the retracements are confined to only draw from areas considered more important due to the technical Break of Structure (BOS) or Change of Character (CHoCH).

The simple action that causes a market structure shift occurs is price breaking above or below a specific swing point. When a market structure shift happens, a retracement is drawn from the point of break to the highest or lowest point since that point. Due to the price action necessary for a market structure shift, these retracements will not always be immediately actionable.

These retracement levels are intended to be used as points to watch for price to retrace to and bounce from, confirming the current direction of price.

In the example below, after the retracement is initiated, by bouncing off of the retracement levels formed from the previous market structure shift it would further confirm the bias of the market structure shift. A break going through these levels would display a weakness from the current market structure shift, implying that it could simply be noise.

🔶 DETAILS

The script uses standard SMC Market structure identification to determine Break of Structures (BOS) and Change of Characters (CHoCH). The specific swing points can be identified by the shapes placed above or below the specific swing high/low candle.

By unchecking the \"Display All Zones\" setting, users are able to specify the exact number of retracement zones to display using the \"Show Last\" parameter. This is handy for cleaning up the chart to stay focused on the most recent retracements.

Additionally, when displaying multiple zones, the \"Clean-Up Level Overlap\" setting may be helpful for decluttering as well. This option optimizes the display of retracement levels to minimize their overlap on other adjacent zones.

The script allows for up to 5 Fib levels to be displayed from each zone, with options for display, value, line style, and color for each of the 5.

The calculation for Fib Levels changes depending on the direction of market structure shifts. When an upwards (Bullish) zone is generated, the retracement is drawn with the bottom of the zone being 0 and the top of the zone being 1. This is reversed for downwards (Bearish) zones.

How to use SuperTrend?

When the price crosses above the supertrend line it signals a buy signal and when the price crosses below the supertrend line it signals a sell signal.

Fibonacci

Fibonacci pivot point levels are determined by calculating the pivot point first, as in the standard method. Then multiply the previous day's range by the corresponding Fibonacci level. Most traders use 38.2%, 61.8% and 100% corrections in their calculations. The rationale behind this is that many traders use Fibonacci odds. The Fibonacci Pivot Points can be calculated as follows.

Support 1 (S1) = P - (0.382 * (High - Low))

Parameter Guide (Full Control)

1. TradeLot – fixed lot size for each initial trade. Adjust based on your account balance.
2. TakeProfitUSD – dollar amount profit target per trade. When this is reached, the trade is closed automatically.
3. EnableLossLimit – when set to true , the EA will close all positions once floating losses exceed MaxLossUSD.
4. MaxLossUSD – maximum floating loss allowed (used only if EnableLossLimit = true).
5. RiskMode – choose between safe and aggressive trading logic (0 = Safe, 1 = Aggressive).
6. GridPositions – maximum number of trades in the grid sequence (default 10, but can be lowered for reduced risk).
7. CloseTradesOnWeekend – if enabled, closes all positions before market weekend close to avoid Monday gap risk.
8. WeekendCloseHour – hour (broker time) when all trades will close if weekend closing is enabled.
9. ShowInfoOnChart – enables/disables on‑chart information display about EA status and performance.
10. EnableTrailingUSD – enables trailing stop management based on dollar profit.

Strategy

Let's clarify the basic description of the strategy implemented in the EA (Expert Advisor) using an example. We aim to trade breakouts of levels defined by the signal candle /bar/ from 9:15 to 9:30 on the DAX. This involves a 15-minute candle on the DAX asset. The program setup process is as follows:

1.       Select a chart displaying the DAX asset with a 15-minute time frame.

2.       Attach the EA to this chart.

3.       SET in the menu – SELECT TIME FOR SIGNAL BAR with the following inputs:

· Signal Time Hour - 9

· Signal Time Minutes - 30

The program recognizes that it is connected to a chart with the DAX asset, a time frame of 15 minutes, and the values in the Signal Time Hour and Signal Time Minutes fields represent the closing time of the signal candle, which is a 15-minute candle ending at 9:30. If there is a breakout of the high value of the signal candle, the EA enters a long position; if there is a breakout of the low value of signal candle, the program enters a short position. The trade parameter settings are described in the user manual. Users are encouraged to study it as the main advantage of this program lies in the broad complexity of trade parameter settings.

If a user wants to trade multiple assets on different signal candles, the process is as follows. For example, if a user wants to trade also a 30-minute candle on the FTSE index starting at 10:00 and ending at 10:30:

1.       Select a chart displaying the FTSE asset with a 30-minute time frame.

2.       Attach the EA to this chart.

3.       SET in the menu – SELECT TIME FOR SIGNAL BAR with the following inputs:

4. Set in the menu – Magic Number with the following input:

Different Magic numbers allow independent trading of any number of assets with different signal candles and trade parameters. If different Magic numbers are used, the programs are independent of each other.

When the market is in a sideways trend, overbought and oversold readings are often followed by a return movement of the price towards the moving average (midline).
