Key Zone Analysis (Price Imbalances)

The indicator marks two types of institutional liquidity footprints:

- Price has a high probability of returning upwards to balance that level.
Red Zone (Distribution):
- It forms when the price rises sharply (dominant buying), leaving behind institutional sell orders (liquidity).

In essence, Heatmap Regression marks the \"gaps\" or liquidity magnets that the market must touch before continuing its trajectory.

a) A completely green Moving average line by default indicates a strong Bullish trend. Look only for buy arrow signals.

b) A completely red Modified Moving average by default line indicates a strong Bearish trend. look only for Sell arrow signals.

Stop lose levels: Place your stop lose on the last swing low (for Buy trades) indicated by red dot or last swing high (for Sell trades) indicated by aqua colored dot

Recommended Timeframe: you can use any timeframe of your choice. Higher timeframes best for intraday/swing traders and lower timeframes for scalpers.

When reviewing a chart, I like to look at several timeframes to identify trends and trading levels. I created this tool to help with that, and also for visual back testing, where I'm looking across several charts over an extended period.

The tool adds a crosshair to the screen which follows the mouse pointer. It is activated when either the CTRL or SHIFT key is down, so it's not always there, but is when you want it.

Once activated, you can point on any chart where you want to track, and on any other chart with the same Symbol, the crosshair will show the same time and price on that chart too. Charts in other windows will automatically scroll the display so that the time/price combination is central to the display.

You can add drawing elements to the chart with out affecting the crosshairs which remain visible until you press the ESC key. Once pressed, the ESC key causes the crosshairs to be hidden again until you need them again.

Channel Breakout Visuals

Upward Breakout (Green Arrow): A green arrow pointing up appears when the high of a candle breaks above the upper channel. This visual indicates strong upward momentum and a potential start of an uptrend.
Downward Breakout (Red Arrow): A red arrow pointing down appears when the low of a candle breaks below the lower channel. This visual indicates strong downward momentum and a potential start of a downtrend.

Trend Reversal Visuals

Upward Trend Reversal (Blue 'x' symbol): A blue 'x' symbol appears, indicating a potential reversal of upward momentum. This visual suggests that the current upward movement may be losing strength.
Downward Trend Reversal (Blue 'x' symbol): A blue 'x' symbol appears, indicating a potential reversal of downward momentum. This visual suggests that the current downward movement may be losing strength.

ATR-based Volatility Reference Line

When the ShowATRStopLoss feature is enabled, a dash-dot line will appear following a channel breakout.

This line represents a volatility reference level calculated using the ATR. It provides a visual representation of market volatility relative to the breakout point. It is a reference for analytical purposes only.

The Dashboard

The on-screen dashboard provides a quick summary of the indicator's status:

State: Shows if the indicator's logic is currently in an UPWARD MOMENTUM, DOWNWARD MOMENTUM, or NEUTRAL state. The color of the dashboard text will change to reflect this.
Upper/Lower: Displays the current price values for the main channels.
Exit: Displays the current price value of the exit line.
Volatility Reference: Shows the calculated volatility reference price. Displays \"---\" if no breakout is active.

4. Input Parameters

The indicator is highly customizable. Below is a detailed description of each parameter.

General Settings

EntryLength : The lookback period (in bars) for calculating the upper and lower channels. Default is 20.
ExitLength : The lookback period for calculating the exit line. Default is 10.
ShowVisuals : (true/false) Toggles the visibility of the channel breakout and trend reversal arrows on the chart.

Alert Settings

INPUTS (Please see screenshot for reference):

1. Account target (exact amount): Put the exact account target. Once the equity hits your specified account balance target, all open orders will close. Make sure to add some buffer to consider slippage.

DRAWDOWN COMPUTATION SETTINGS

2. Baseline for drawdown: Choose whether the drawdown is based from Balance, Equity or Highest of the two. It depends on your prop firm or what you need.

3. Use fixed value or percentage: Choose whether the drawdown uses a fixed value or a percentage deducted from what was chosen from #2.

4. Drawdown percent [0 to 100]: Only if #3 is percentage, set the drawdown percent. If you need 5% drawdown, make sure to add some buffer like bring it down to 4.75% to account for any slippage.

5. Drawdown fixed value: Only if #3 is fixed value, set the fixed amount for your drawdown. Some prop firms will use 5% of initial balance so better to add a fixed drawdown value.

OTHER SETTINGS:

6. Reset frequency: You can choose when the baseline is updated to (1) never reset, (2) reset daily, or (3) reset on every new highest balance or equity.

7. Reset hour (Only if daily reset): Specify the exact hour when the reset happens. Most prop firms and brokers resets at 00:00 server time.

8. Close charts when target or drawdown hit: Choose whether you also want to close all charts after it closed all trades.

You can choose to (1) close all charts, (2) close all charts except for the one where the EA is running, or (3) don't close any charts at all.

WEEKEND CLOSURE SETTINGS:

9. Close on weekends?: Set to yes, if you want all open trades to close before weekends while the market is still open. Some firms has a rule about weekend closing.

10. Closing day: the day the trades will close. Default is Friday.

11. Closing hour: exact hour the trades will close. Default is the last hour or 23.

12. Closing minute: if current day is correct as well as the closing hour and the current minute is equal or more than the closing minute, then all open trades will close.

ALERT SETTINGS:

13. Send MT5 mobile alert: Set to yes, if you want a mobile notification after the account target or drawdown is hit. Make sure to update Notifications on your terminal.

Go to TOOLS >> OPTIONS >> NOTIFICATIONS tab. Add your MT5 mobile MetaQuotes ID to receive the notifications.

14. Send MT5 terminal alert: Set to yes, if you like to get an alert on your MT5 terminal after the account target or drawdown is hit.

With the NEW FEATURE of RESET EVERY NEW HIGHEST BALANCE OR EQUITY, traders can now think of it as a trailing stop for your account balance. More helpful on personal accounts.

For example, if a trader has $10000 account and set balance as baseline for drawdown to 10%, the drawdown value moves as the balance goes up. Initial drawdown is set at $9000 since 10% is $1000.

When account balance goes up to $12000, then the drawdown value will be set automatically to $10800 since 10% is now $1200.

When account balance goes up to $15000, then the drawdown value will be set automatically to $13500 since 10% is now $1500.

How It Works
