First Financial Bancorp is a regional bank headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, with its operations centers in the northern Cincinnati suburb of Springdale, and Greensburg, Indiana. Founded in 1863, First Financial has the sixth oldest national bank charter and has 131 locations throughout Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and Illinois. First Financial acquired Irwin Financial Corp and its subsidiaries through a government assisted transaction on September 18, 2009. The company's subsidiary, First Financial Bank, N.A., founded in 1863, provides banking and financial services products through its three lines of business: commercial, consumer and wealth management. The commercial and consumer units provide traditional banking services to business and consumer clients. First Financial Wealth Management provides wealth planning, portfolio management, trust and estate, brokerage and retirement plan services and had approximately $15.9 billion in assets as of September 30, 2020.
