S&P/Case-Shiller Home Price Index Composite-20 n.s.a. m/m reflects a change in repeat-sales house prices in the reported month compared to the previous one. The index calculation takes into account 20 largest US cities. The index is not seasonally adjusted.
The index allows evaluating US inflation level and the activity of the real estate market.
