Bed Bath & Beyond, Inc. Common Stock

Bed Bath & Beyond, Inc. is an American online retailer, founded in 1999 by Patrick M. Byrne and Jason Lindsey. It used the Overstock.com brand for over 20 years, except for a failed rebranding effort to O.co in 2011, and was known for selling closeout merchandise including home decor, furniture, and bedding. Overstock.com acquired the intellectual property of the former big-box store chain Bed Bath & Beyond in 2023. The Overstock.com brand was briefly eliminated following the company renaming to Beyond, Inc. and the consumer website renaming to Bed Bath & Beyond. Beyond, Inc. reintroduced Overstock.com the following year beside Bed Bath & Beyond, and acquired the assets of former Bed Bath & Beyond property Buy Buy Baby in 2025. That August, the company adopted the former legal name and ticker symbol of the former Bed Bath & Beyond.
